Events Tips

Here are a few helpful tips to assist in the pre-planning process of your function.  We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like about planning your event.  Our Banquet team is here for you, and looks forward to exceeding all of your expectations.

  1. It is always best to book your event ahead of time. For weddings, family events, and Christmas parties plan on booking 6-12 months prior to the occasion, and for meetings and seminars, plan on booking 2-4 months prior to the event.

  2. Alcohol consumption generally averages two (2) drinks per person for the first hour and one (1) drink per person after that.

  3. For hors d'oeuvre parties, figure 3-5 pieces per person per hour.

  4. Seating is usually calculated at 5% over guarantee.

  5. Menus should be finalized four (4) weeks prior to your event.

  6. Actual guarantee is required 72 hours (3 business days) before your event.
